Court Booking Responsibility: The client is responsible for booking the court for all sessions. Please ensure the court is reserved in advance before the scheduled time. Cancellation Policy: FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY understands that situations may arise that prevent you from participating in our tennis classes, clinics, tournaments, appointments, paid hits, or other events. We offer refunds according to the following policy, minus any processing fees incurred. Online Rescheduling/Cancellation: You can reschedule or cancel your registration through your online account up to 24 hours before the event. Any changes or cancellations within this 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that a $10 no-show or late cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event. Processing Refunds: Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at registration, minus any processing fees. Exceptions: Refunds may be granted outside of this policy in extenuating circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or event cancellation due to weather.
