This return policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items purchased on our website.

All Sales Are Final

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged or Defective Items:

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.

• Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

• We will cover the return shipping costs for any claims deemed to be our error.

• If you notice an issue with your order, please submit a problem report immediately.
   

Return Process:

• By default, returns will be directed to the facility listed as the sender on the package label included. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon approval of your request.

• You are liable for any return shipping costs if you use a return address other than the facility listed as the sender on the package label included in your return instructions.
   

Incorrect Addresses:

• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

• If the courier deems the address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us.

• We will reship the order to a confirmed address at your expense.
   

Unclaimed Shipments:

• Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.

• You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.

• Unclaimed shipments with face masks will be disposed of and not reshipped.
   

Returns for Buyer's Remorse:

• We generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil.

• Brazilian customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item and must provide a picture of the unused and undamaged item.
   

Restrictions on Returns:

• FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY does not accept returns of sealed goods like face masks due to hygiene reasons.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion, especially for:

  • Items made to your specifications or personalized at FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY.

  • Unsealed hygiene products like face masks.
     

EU Consumer Notice:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, you may not have the right to return:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Unsealed hygiene products.
   

Return Condition:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached (if applicable) to be eligible for a full refund.
   

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
   

Governing Law:
This policy is governed by and interpreted according to English law, regardless of any translations.
