4.1 Shipping Policy: Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Shipping dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
4.2 Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange. 11.1 Gift Certificates/Store Credit: Gift certificates and store credits issued by FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY are non-transferable and non-refundable. They may only be redeemed for purchases made through the Website. Any remaining balance on a gift certificate or store credit can be applied to future purchases. Gift certificates and store credits do not expire and are subject to the terms and conditions provided at the time of issuance.
 

12. Force Majeure

12.1 Force Majeure: FIFTEEN THIRTY FORTY shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
